Adorable young lady

I let a red honda civic 4dr(?) sedan merge in front of me under the Seattle Convention center this evening on the way home from work today. It came from the left off Stewart(?) St. onto I-5 north bound at about 4:20pm. The driver waved an adorable wave to thank me for letting her in front of me. I had to chuckle inside and smile when I saw the cute way she waved. As I drove along singing a tune I couldn't get out of my head today (Suspicious minds/Elvis Presley) her wave faded from the center of my attention. About a mile later, somewhere around the ship canal bridge, this little red civic merged to the right and offered that darling wave again and this time I burst out laughing (I couldn't help it; it gave me butterflies in my stomach... honestly!). As my lane sped up I had to steal a look at this person with the irresistable wave. As I drove past, I looked and beheld a mysteriously attractive young woman (not at all what I expected). I still had a big grin on my face; left-over from my inspired laughter and I think she caught me looking as I was realizing how attractive she is. In the next moment, as I drove past,my experience registered from eyes to brain to heart and back to brain again. My smile all but disappeared. I just realized how much I would like to meet a gal just like her. I'm single and have just begun to start looking. As I drove on I began to think of creative ways I could get my phone number to her, but had none of the things with which I could have done this. I got one more chance to look her way before she exited the freeway at 145th St. This time I didn't have a silly grin on my face. Just a sober awareness that I would probably never see her again... I hope my look didn't frighten her off. I've been told that I'm "kinda cute", "handsome" and various other favorable compliments.

If there were some way to give her my email address I would be truly amazed and grateful. I have no way of knowing if she's married or otherwise unavailable. If she were to email me I could at least see if there might be a possibility to perhaps meet her for lunch or coffee/tea...

A friend is in the process of trying to set me up with one of her co-workers and that's a little scary... I don't know why. It may take her a while to arrange a meeting. In the mean time, I will keep my eyes open and maybe I'll find someone by chance or in the course of natural events. These things never happen like in the movies.

I really hope to hear back from this young lady; even if it's just to say... "sorry, I'm already spoken for."

Well, even if that's the case; drive safe precious one. Keep waving that adorable wave, and...

God's Blessings to you and yours.
