 What a jerk. This guy threw rocks at me in the car in the Waterworks Mall Pittsburgh PA parking lot and sped off. I followed him to the exit so he rolled down his window, called me a mother $$#@er , and threatened me. Its my understanding that when i post this license plate on playpl8.com that anyone who searches for his license plate DTY9658 on google and major search engines will find this.
